Do I need a wedding planner to work with VVR Pro?+

No. Many clients come to us directly and we coordinate with their planner. We've worked alongside some of the most recognized wedding planners in the US and Mexico — and we know how to make every partnership seamless.

Can I hire VVR Pro for just one element — like lighting only?+

Absolutely. One element or everything — you choose. We offer individual services (lighting, draping, structures, AV) as well as full production packages. Quote starts with what you need, nothing more.

How far in advance should I reach out?+

Cabo's peak season (October–April) books 10–14 months out for full productions. For specific weekends — New Year's, Valentine's, holiday weekends — even earlier. The sooner you reach out, the more your date is actually available. If your wedding is within 6 months, reach out immediately.

What happens after I reach out?+

A focused conversation with a VVR Pro design specialist. We listen to your vision, understand your venue, guest count and aesthetic — and give you an honest picture of what's possible and what it takes to execute it at the level you're imagining.

What is the typical investment for a VVR Pro production?+

Our productions range based on scale, services and complexity — from a single dance floor to complete venue transformation. The consultation is the right place to understand what your vision requires. We give you honest numbers with no surprises.

What if the final result doesn't match what we approved?+

It always does. The 3D visualization process exists precisely to eliminate that risk. What you approve is what gets built — no substitutions, no last-minute changes, no surprises. That's not a promise. That's our process.

Absolutely. Many of our planner partners come to us for their first Cabo event. We guide you through venue-specific logistics, local regulations and production timelines so you can confidently present Cabo as a destination.

Can we hire VVR Pro for just one service?+

Yes. One element or full production — you choose. Lighting, draping, structures or AV as standalone services, or everything together. We scale to exactly what your client's event requires.

How does the quote process work?+

Send us the event brief — venue, date, guest count and vision. We come back quickly with a production assessment. Once scope is aligned, we provide a detailed quote with 3D visualization before any commitment is made.

Are you an approved vendor at all major Cabo venues?+

Yes. We are approved at One&Only Mandarina, Chileno Bay, Dorado, Nabu, Chablé and all major Los Cabos venues, as well as venues in San Miguel de Allende and Nayarit. We work independently of any exclusivity arrangement.

What's your communication process once we're booked?+

You get a dedicated bilingual production coordinator assigned from booking to breakdown. All communication in English. We work on your timeline, respond within business hours and keep you updated at every milestone — no surprises.
